Our experience in classic scooter restoration has lead us to develop a complete bodykit taking design from the 1960's iconic Vespa GS160 MK2. Months of work and we are finally able to release for sale our Vivo GS BodyKits for the Vespa PX and LML Star scooters. We wanted our kit to be simple to retro fit, no drilling, no cutting no fibreglass or gelcoat panels, offering a like for like quality ! All our items are available to buy individually or as a complete kit, supplied primer or painted and ready to fit.

Can you turn my scooter into a vintage ?

Yes indeed, we can also transform any Vespa PX (1977-2009) or LML Star (1990 Onwards) into a vintage classic. We can collect your scooter, supply, paint and fit your body kit then deliver your scooter back to you. We have special all inclusive price of £1150

Whats in the Kit ?

MUDGUARD - GS160 design, made in metal. Remove your old mudguard, adjust shock mount and side mount, fit our lowered sports shock (see below) then fit the GS Mudguard.
HORNCAST - GS160 design, made in high quality ABS. Remove your old horncast, remove horn and fit to GS horncast, remove buzzer (LML only), compact wiring, attach horn wires and fit GS Horncast.
FRONT INDICATORS - Made in high quality ABS. They follow the contours of the legshield. Remove old indicators. Fit new indicator, which will cover the hole left the small clear indicators. Connect wires to existing connections in glove box.
REAR BUMBER - GS160 design, made in high quality ABS. Remove your old bumper and fit the GS design.
REAR INDICATOR MODULE - Design taken from the early douglas vespas which incorporated a reflector above the number plate. These super low profile LED indicators offer the same look and flash superbright. Holder made in ABS.
Secure using the holes left by the number plate holder. Remove petrol tank ( not required for LML 4stroke, access can be gained behind LH panel ) wires are then passed through other existing holes above and connected to panel connectors under the petrol tank. Refit petrol tank.
REAR LIGHT - SS180 design, made in ABS Chrome or also in polished aluminium. We choose the SS180 a the design fitted the look better. You can fit using the existing holes, alternatively for improved look mount 1" lower. PANELS - GS160 design, made in metal. Simply remove your old panel, remove rubber fit this to the GS panel and re-attach to your scooter.
HEADSET TOP - Made in high quality ABS. The design echos that of the GS, with small simple speedometer and retains its disc brake if fitted.
SPEEDOMETER - Available soon is our vintage 100mph speedometer, chrome rim and ivory face. Offering 100mph top Speed, fuel guage, high beam and indicator lamps. (Available Spring 2011)
FRONT SUSPENSION - Available in YSS sports or standard piaggio. These lower the scooter, moving the wheel deeper into the mudguard. Supplied with fitting kit and instructions.
GLOVEBOX - GS160 design, made in metal. Replace your existing glovebox and fit the GS type. Our front indicator set is required as the GS glove box is narrower.
TRIM - To add the finishing touch, change your floor runner end caps and centre matt to our vintage style. Vintage Vespa badge sets are also available.
